This Catering/Banquet Sales Agreement (this “Agreement”) represents a binding agreement by and between AFG of Grand Rapids, LLC; D/B/A Tre Cugini/La Scala at the Ledyard Building, located at 122 Monroe Center Street, NW; Grand Rapids, MI 49503 and _________________ (“Client”), and sets forth the terms and conditions between the parties hereto in connection with the Client’s event to be catered by Tre Cugini and held on Tre Cugini’s premises.

A non-refundable deposit is required in order to hold the arrangements on a definite basis. This deposit is due when this agreement is signed. Upon the completion of the Event the non-refundable deposit is deducted from the final total amount under this agreement. Guaranteed attendance for the Event is due four (4) business days prior to Event. Full payment is due at the conclusion of the Event. Payments at conclusions are to be paid by Credit Cards only. For Banquet/Catering payments, Tre Cugini accepts only Master Card and Visa. Payments by cash or check must be paid at least three (3) days prior to Event date. If Client fails to make any payments to Tre Cugini under this agreement when due, interest shall accrue at the lesser of the highest rate allowed by law, or the rate of one-half percent (1.5%) per month until the entire unpaid balance is paid in full.
